We truly cannot say enough good things about Mike! He helped us through both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to have in our corner.
Our home search was a six-month process that included multiple offers, plenty of ups and downs, and a lot of patience on Mike’s part. Through it all, he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was always there to answer questions, talk through an offer, or give us his honest advice. When we finally found our home, we felt completely confident navigating the process with him by our side.
Mike was just as incredible when it came time to sell our previous house. From preparing to list, to showings and offers, to getting us all the way through closing, he made what could have been a very stressful process feel seamless.

5 stars isn't enough for Mike Bourgeois and Bougie Realty . He helped us buy our dream home and sell our condo back to back! which is very stressful — and made it feel seamless. Professional, honest, always available, whether it’s a late night call or a weekend, he was always there to help us through any questions. Also a great negotiator on both sides in a very competitive market. Can’t say enough about all the work he put into getting it done on both the buying and selling side. If you're looking to buy or sell, he needs to be your first call. I will not be selling anytime in the near future, because this house he got us is unbelievable! But if you are in the market, working with Mike is the best decision you can make.

We can't recommend Mike Bourgeois highly enough. As first-time home buyers with a young family, we had very specific requirements and honestly didn't know much about the home buying process going in. Recently had the pleasure of working with Mike as my wife and I bought our first house. Everything from the start was great, Mike walked us through the entire process before even looking at any properties. Once we started looking at places, Mike was never pushy to just get a deal done, he was quick to point out any aspects to a property that would make him hesitate in offering or offering at a certain price point. Once we found a property we liked though and made an offer, Mike went to work full steam ahead. He was on the phone with our lender late at night so the following morning we would have all the necessary documents ready to sign to be submitted. If you want a realtor who truly has your best interests in mind, look no further. My wife and I can't recommend Mike enough and made our first home purchase an enjoyable one.

Mike was amazing all around. Personable, intelligent, empathetic and knowledgeable. Great communicator, responsive to calls and questions. At one point I was questioning if he was AI because nobody is that good then i find out he is also fluent in Spanish.
Highly recommend if you want a professional real estate agent that knows the market, has his own investment properties and has a diverse background.
